What’s up, John here again to introduce you all to another of our Docstoc team members: Kathrien. Many of you already know Kathrien as she’s our friendly community manager who has spent the last few months dedicated to interacting with docsters to make sure we’re providing the best user experience possible. Without further adieu…

Kathrien, for those who don’t know you, can you tell us a little about what you do at Docstoc?
I’m the Community manager here at Docstoc, so my job is to just get the word out about new features on the site, e-mail new users and existing members of the Docstoc community, in addition to performing quality control on the documents. I’m also the resident grocery shopper of the office. Lol. We like string cheese here and Diet coke here.

What’s a way that you see Docstoc making life easier for you?
Well, I remember when I moved into my first apartment and had a roommate, and we’d always fight over stupid stuff. If we had a formal agreement about certain issues, than we probably wouldn’t have fought as much. On docstoc, there’s a ton of free contracts, business templates, and notes for college or law school. Anything from Landlord agreements to “Dating at work�? agreements. Its pretty cool.

What’s your favorite Docstoc feature?
My favorite docstoc feature is probably being able to see the number of views each doc has. Obviously, you gravitate towards the documents with a ton of views to see what the fuss is about. Also, for those who want to promote themselves or their business, they can immediately see which pieces of their content are getting more views, so they can upload more similar content, thus increasing traffic to their site, blog, or business.
