We are very pleased to announce that Docstoc has secured its Series B round of financing for $3.25M. The round was led by Rustic Canyon Partners, and we are incredibly excited to be part of their wonderful family of companies. .

The Series B funding will enable us to build the largest repository of publicly available documents and to help connect our users (that’s you!) looking for content with professionals across a variety of categories.
